This took way too long each day to update, so I have an exercise plan page now instead of uploading this data every day. But here’s an example of what my exercising looks like.
I’m just going to log what exercise and calories burned here. We recently started P90X again. I was calculating based on the link below, but my new fitbit Inspire HR has been recording my calories burned during workouts, so I think I’m going to start just using that. It’s nice because you can change the activities on it so it more accurately calculates the calories burned. But for those that don’t have that option, if you’re planning to do P90X for workouts, you can use the link to calculate how many you’ll burn for each specific workout.

I’ll be doing P90X on eat days and walking/running with the C25K app on fasting days (as long as the weather permits, I don’t have a treadmill so I have to go outside). I do not count the steps I take during workouts in my step calories, those are subtracted from my total steps for the day.
